When do we use the Non Urgent Night Watch screen?

You should use the Non Urgent Night Watch screen to write up your calls if the caller is a member of the community and they are not in crisis. Usually, these calls take about 5 minutes to gather information, and to explain a little bit about what we do.

If the call is from an on-call crisis worker, then the call should be written up under the “Br” button.

If the call has counseling content, then a new record should be created for the caller. You should have the caller’s full name, age, and phone number to make the new record.
