Monitoring and Getting A Busy Signal

Sometimes when you try to monitor someone, you may get a busy signal. Go to every station in the center and clear the lines. I am sure you will find that someone had inadvertently put a monitor line on hold. That person might have been you! (if this does not make any sense to you, please talk to Binh for a demonstration.)
