Shift Pow-Wow

This is not policy right now. We were throwing around ideas on how to best communicate new procedures and protocols to our crisis line staff members.

There are two options:
1) Get everyone to turn on their phones and sign in. Assign one counselor to answer and triage the phones for 15 minutes at the start of the shift. Go over the shift supervisor notes with everyone else. Once those people have received the message, then go over with shift supervisor notes with the remaining counselor.
2) Speak with each crisis counselor individually sometime during the shift.
