Mariposa Calls

We are getting calls to Mariposa that may not be appropriate for us to handle. They may be requests for utilities assistance, or for social security benefits. We have been in communication with their administrative team to figure out why we are getting non-crisis line calls. To help us figure this out, I need your help. Ask callers on the Mariposa line who they are trying to reach and what number they dialed. If the person is not in crisis, and they did not call Mariposa Behavioral Health Services, then use the BR button to write up your call with the above information.
