Text Line Reminders

Wonderful Text Line Counselors:

You are doing a stellar job answering texts. We have hardly missed any texts! Your text sessions have been amazing to read!

I have a few reminders to make the Text Line even betterererest:

Please input all sessions in ALCO. All new mobile number opt-ins get input into Master Call Records, even opt-ins that did not result in a full-on session. If repeat texters, also always make a Call Record for any communications.

When making new Master Call Records please always include:

Mobile Phone Number
age or age range
keyword used
For the actual text session please include whether the texter opted out or had an abrupt end to the session.
