There are many changes to the ALCO database. Look for them.
-Print Preview can be closed without closing ACCESS by pushing the red “X” in the upper left
-The fax has been fixed
-Spell Check has been fixed
-NonUrgent NightWatch Button has been added. It is under the “NightWatch Seach” box. Please show your shift partners and begin using. There are some bugs in the form. You will have to add translation service use, and caller’s address in the “additional information” box. More items will be added to the “reasons” and the “intervention” boxes in the next few days.
-How to open two ACCESS databases: Please ask Joyce or Binh on how to do this
