Please review with your shiftmates when to file calls under the “I” button for incomplete. If the caller hangs up, or asks who you are and then hang up, file the call under “Incomplete.” This way, it won’t count against the caller’s 3 call limit.
Also, please clarify to your shift mates that the “Br” button is not attached to a caller’s record. Calls filled under the “Br” button are filed in a miscellaneous file. For example: Someone might open “Mary’s” file for a call where she talked for 5 minutes. They might push the “Br” button, thinking the file will go into “Mary’s” folder. That is not true. You can only add write ups to “Mary’s” file by hitting the “+” button.
