Some reminders when you feel like you failed in a call. . . .

Remind yourself that we cannot possibly solve our clients' lifelong problems in a 10 minute call
Remind yourself that there may not always be movement and that is okay
Remind yourself that we are not here to "change" our callers, but be there for them in the moment
Remind yourself that just picking up the phone and "being there" has already done more than we may realize
