Health PAC is a new insurance plan for people in Alameda County who do not meet the criteria for Medical and Medicare. There are 31 Primary Care sites with behavioral health workers available who accept Health Pact. If a caller would like to find out about applying for Health Pact they can contact the ACCESS line.
