Denim Day

Today is Denim Day – a day to bring awareness and prevent sexual violence. It was brought about when in the 1990s in Italy, a 45yr old raped an 18yr old young woman and was released because he claimed that her jeans were too tight, that she must have had to help him remove them, thus making sex "consensual."
