Tips on Triaging

 Here are some things to say to help with triaging.

“There is a crisis call I need to attend to right now.”

“There is another urgent matter to attend to right now.”

It is sometimes helpful to acknowledge the caller’s call or level of distress. “Your call is important to me.”
